Scientists have found that there are interesting deep gullies on Mars, and they think that blocks of carbon dioxide ice might be digging them! ❄️ When this ice slides along the surface and turns into gas, it can create these gullies, looking like little worm trails in the sand. It’s like when you leave footprints in the sand at the beach, but on another planet!

In the lab, scientists did experiments to understand how this happens. They were able to recreate the ice's movements and saw how it acts as if it comes to life. These studies can help us understand how the surfaces of planets change and even explain why there are strange sand dunes on Mars! 🌠

❓ What do you think could create unusual shapes on other planets?
