At Stanford University, scientists created a tiny chip that helps people with vision problems read again. This chip is called PRIMA, and it works with smart glasses to restore sight. It uses special infrared light to replace the cells that help us see. Imagine losing your ability to see, like someone turned off the lights in a room. Now, with this chip, the lights turn back on! 🌟

In trials, most people who tried it were able to read books and recognize signs again. It's like magic! Now, scientists are working to make the chip even better so it can provide clearer vision, almost like regular eyesight. This could change the lives of many people who couldn't see! 📚

❓ What do you think it would feel like to see the world around you again after a long time?
